Disclosures
Last updated Sep 27, 2026
1. Issuer and licensing
VEQORI, Inc. is a financial technology company, not a bank. The VEQORI Visa® card is issued by our partner bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and can be used wherever Visa is accepted.
VEQORI provides the wallet software and the app. Money transmission services, where required, are provided by VEQORI or its licensed partners. VEQORI does not offer bank accounts and does not accept deposits.
2. Crypto assets are not insured
Crypto assets, including stablecoins such as USDC and USDT, are not bank deposits and are not legal tender. They are not insured by the FDIC or SIPC and are not guaranteed by VEQORI, our partner bank, or any government agency.
FDIC insurance, where it applies, covers only funds held at an insured bank if that bank fails. It does not cover crypto assets, the VEQORI wallet, or losses from price changes, hacks, or network failures.
3. Risks of crypto
The value of crypto assets can change quickly and can fall to zero. Stablecoins aim to hold a steady value but can lose their peg. Past performance does not predict future results.
Blockchain transactions generally can’t be reversed. Sending assets to the wrong address or network can mean losing them for good. Network fees are set by each blockchain, not by VEQORI, change with demand, and are shown before you confirm.
Because VEQORI is self-custody, you are responsible for your phone, your biometrics, and your encrypted backup. Losing two of your three key shares can mean losing access to your wallet.
4. Rewards program terms
Cashback is a reward, not interest. It is paid in USDC on eligible purchases under the VEQORI Rewards Terms, which you receive when you’re invited. Rates depend on your plan: 1% on Free; on Plus, up to 3% on your first $3,000 of eligible purchases each month, then 1%; on Metal, up to 5%, subject to a monthly cap. Plus and Metal also get up to $20/mo back on eligible subscriptions.
ATM withdrawals, cash advances, transfers, gift cards, and cash-equivalent purchases don’t earn rewards. We may change rates, caps, or eligible categories with notice as required by law.
Earn is not available. If it launches, it will have separate terms and no guaranteed return, and it will not be FDIC- or SIPC-insured.
5. State availability
VEQORI is available in most U.S. states. Availability depends on state licensing and on our partner bank’s card program. We open access state by state, and the waitlist form shows whether your state is open.
- • Available: most U.S. states
- • Not yet open: the waitlist form shows this for your state
- • Identity verification, required by law, happens after you’re invited
6. E-Sign consent
By joining the waitlist or using VEQORI, you agree to receive disclosures, notices, and statements electronically, by email or in the app. You need a device with internet access, a current browser, and a working email address.
You can withdraw this consent or ask for a free paper copy of any disclosure by emailing support@veqori.xyz. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide the card. Keep your email address up to date so notices reach you.
