Terms of Use

Last updated Sep 27, 2026

1. Who can use VEQORI

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and VEQORI, Inc. By joining the waitlist or using VEQORI, you accept them and our Privacy Policy.

To use VEQORI, you must be at least 18, a U.S. resident of a state we support, and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to give accurate information and to complete identity verification, which the law requires. Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee an invitation or a card.

You agree to receive notices and disclosures electronically, as described in the E-Sign consent on our Disclosures page. We may update these terms. If a change is material, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using VEQORI after that, you accept the update.

2. Your wallet

VEQORI is a self-custody wallet. Your signing key is split into three shares with MPC: one on your phone, one on our servers, and one in your encrypted backup. Any two shares can sign a transaction, so we can’t move your crypto with our share alone.

You are responsible for securing your phone, your biometrics, and your backup, and for every transaction you approve. Blockchain transactions generally can’t be reversed. If you lose two of your three shares, we may not be able to restore your wallet. VEQORI does not hold your crypto and is not a custodian, broker, or bank.

3. Card, fees, and rewards

The VEQORI Visa® card is issued by our partner bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. It is governed by the cardholder agreement you receive when you’re approved. If that agreement conflicts with these terms on a card matter, the cardholder agreement controls.

Plan prices and all fees are listed on our Pricing page. Plan fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires. We may change fees or plans with advance notice as required by law. Network fees are set by each blockchain, not by us.

Cashback is paid in USDC on eligible purchases under the VEQORI Rewards Terms. Rates, caps, and eligible categories may change with notice. Rewards may be reversed for returns, chargebacks, or misuse.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use VEQORI for anything illegal, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion; for unlawful gambling; to copy, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service; or with an identity or card that isn’t yours. One waitlist entry and one card per person.

We may limit, suspend, or close your access to the card or the app if the law requires it, if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if you break these terms. Where we’re allowed to, we’ll tell you why. Suspending the card or the app doesn’t give us control of the crypto in your wallet.

5. Liability and disputes

VEQORI is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, VEQORI and our partner bank are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by blockchain networks, market prices, or your devices. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

Arbitration: Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, not in court, except claims that qualify for small claims court. You and VEQORI give up the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action or class arbitration. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing support@veqori.xyz with your name and the words “arbitration opt-out.”

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: support@veqori.xyz. VEQORI, Inc.
